Delivery and Handling Information

Chantecaille.co.uk offers tracked DPD delivery on all orders. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. 

Whilst Chantecaille.co.uk will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

Free delivery applies only to merchandise; gift cards do not count towards the free delivery total.

We currently deliver to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland only. We are sorry we are unable to deliver to international destinations at this time.

You may purchase up to five units of each item.
