First Accurate Normalization of the $\beta$-delayed $\alpha$ Decay of $^{16}$N and Implications for the $^{12}$C$(\alpha,\gamma)^{16}$O Astrophysical Reaction Rate / Kirsebom, O.S. (Aarhus U.) ; Tengblad, O. (CSIC, Madrid) ; Lica, R. (CERN ; Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Munch, M. (Aarhus U.) ; Riisager, K. (Aarhus U.) ; Fynbo, H.O.U. (Aarhus U.) ; Borge, M.J.G. (CSIC, Madrid ; CERN) ; Madurga, M. (CERN) ; Marroquin, I. (CSIC, Madrid) ; Andreyev, A.N. (York U., England) et al.
The $^{12}\text{C}(\alpha,\gamma){}^{16}\text{O}$ reaction plays a central role in astrophysics, but its cross section at energies relevant for astrophysical applications is only poorly constrained by laboratory data. The reduced $\alpha$ width, $\gamma_{11}$, of the bound $1^-$ level in $^{16}$O is particularly important to determine the cross section. [...]

Beta decay is a primary source of information of the structure of a nucleus. An accurate measurement of the half-life of a nucleus is essential for the proper determination of the reduced Gammow–Teller transition probability $B$(GT) [...]

New $\beta$-decaying state in $^{214}$Bi / IDS Collaboration
A new $\beta$-decaying state in $^{214}$Bi has been identified at the ISOLDE Decay Station at the CERN-ISOLDE facility. A preferred $I^{\pi} = (8^-)$ assignment was suggested for this state based on the β-decay feeding pattern to levels in  $^{214}$Po and shell-model calculations. [...]

Estructura Materia) ; Tengblad, O (Madrid, Inst. Estructura Materia) ; Nacher, E (Valencia U., IFIC) ; Benito, J (UCM, Madrid, Dept. Phys.) ; Figuera, P (INFN, Catania) ; Fraile, L M (UCM, Madrid, Dept. Phys.) ; Fynbo, H O U (Aarhus U.) ; Gad, A (Aarhus U.) ; Jensen, J (Aarhus U.) et al.
The main goal of this work is to study the structure of the highest energy states in $^8$Be populated following the $\beta^+$-decay and the electron capture (EC) of $^8$B. With this aim, two experiments were performed at ISOLDE-CERN in 2017 and 2018. [...]

The levels in Sn129 populated from the β− decay of In129 isomers were investigated at the ISOLDE facility of CERN using the newly commissioned ISOLDE Decay Station (IDS). The lowest 1/2+ state and the 3/2+ ground state in Sn129 are expected to have configurations dominated by the neutron s1/2 (l=0) and d3/2 (l=2) single-particle states, respectively. [...]
