'Principal axis' variables for the analysis of multiparticle production / Counihan, Martin J (CERN)
Variables of a new kind are proposed and discussed which are especially suited to the problem of analysing the gross properties of multiparticle final states. (9 refs)..

Geometrical description of hadronic collisions / Miettinen, H (CERN)
Discusses the geometrical picture of hadronic collisions. ISR elastic scattering data are analyzed. [...]

An inclusive view on $\overline{p}p\rightarrow\n\pi$ at rest / Ghesquière, Claude
The single particle inclusive spectra d sigma /dp/sub T/ in pp at rest and in clusters are compared in order to obtain further insight into high energy interactions and the intermediate cluster model. (9 refs)..

Combining inclusive and exclusive data analyses-what have we learned so far? / Kittel, E W (CERN)
A brief summary is given of the main conclusions drawn so far from the model independent study of multiparticle production. A systematic analysis of the data leads to the observation of strong correlations, probably due to three different regimes in particle production: diffraction dissociation, central particle production and nonvacuum exchange processes. [...]

Some consequences of the KNO scaling law for charge multiplicity distributions / Counihan, Martin J (CERN)
An analysis of (n)/D ratios for multiplicity distributions in pp scattering indicates that present data are consistent with the KNO prediction that this ratio should be a constant, if (n) and D are interpreted in terms of a continuous rather than a discrete distribution. Simple rules have been obtained for the modal value of the multiplicity distribution and for the peak fraction of the inelastic cross-section taken up by n-prong events. [...]

Inclusive single-particle distributions in p.bar.p interactions at 14.75 GeV/c / Dao, F T ; Lach, J ; Whitmore, J
The authors present some preliminary results of pp interactions at 14.75 GeV/c. The data are obtained from an 80K picture exposure of the Brookhaven National Laboratory 80-in. [...]

Two-body quantum number exchange from many particle production data / Grassberger, P ; Michael, C ; Miettinen, H
An analysis of the charge flow distribution and charge correlations from multiparticle data leads, via unitarity considerations, to an understanding of the nature of charge exchange in two-body reactions. (8 refs)..

Some general aspects of multiperipheral dynamics / Toller, M (CERN)
In order to facilitate the interpretation of forthcoming experimental data, it is useful to reanalyse in detail the assumptions, the structure and the mathematical formalism of multiperipheral dynamics. The author summarizes some partial contributions in this direction, contained in some recent papers, adding when necessary a short exposition of previously known results, in order to get, as far as possible, a self-contained treatment. [...]

Charged particle production at the CERN ISR as a function of transverse momentum / Bertin, A ; Bussière, A ; Capiluppi, P ; D'Agostino-Bruno, M ; Ellis, R J ; Giacomelli, G ; Poe, R T ; Rossi, A M ; Vannini, G
Experimental results are presented on the production of charged particles in inclusive reactions at ISR energies. The data have been taken as function of transverse momentum p/sub t/ at the fixed x- values of 0.08, 0.16 and 0.32. [...]
