Search for $CP$ violation in $\Xi_c^+\rightarrow pK^-\pi^+$ decays using model-independent techniques / LHCb Collaboration
A first search for $CP$ violation in the Cabibbo-suppressed $\Xi_c^+\rightarrow pK^-\pi^+$ decay is performed using both a binned and an unbinned model-independent technique in the Dalitz plot. The studies are based on a sample of proton-proton collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $3.0~\rm fb^{-1}$, and collected by the LHCb experiment at centre-of-mass energies of $7$ and $8~\rm TeV$. Measurement of the branching fraction of the decay $B_s^0\to K_S^0 K_S^0$ / LHCb Collaboration
A measurement of the branching fraction of the decay $B_s^0 \to K_S^0 K_S^0$ is performed using proton-proton collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5 fb$^{-1}$ collected by the LHCb experiment between 2011 and 2016. The branching fraction is determined to be$$ \mathcal{B}(B_s^0 \to K_S^0 K_S^0) = [8.3 \pm 1.6 (\rm{stat}) \pm 0.9 (\rm{syst}) \pm 0.8 (\rm{norm}) \pm 0.3 (f_s/f_d)] \times 10^{-6}, $$ where the first uncertainty is statistical, the second is systematic, and the third and fourth are due to uncertainties on the $B^0 \to \phi K_S^0$ branching fraction and the ratio of hadronization fractions $f_s/f_d$ [...]

Observation of the semileptonic decay $B^{+}\to p\overline{p}\mu^{+}\nu_{\mu}$ / LHCb Collaboration
The Cabibbo-suppressed semileptonic decay $B^{+}\to p\overline{p}\mu^{+}\nu_{\mu}$ is observed for the first time using a sample of $pp$ collisions corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0, 2.0 and 1.7fb$^{-1}$ at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8 and 13TeV, respectively. The differential branching fraction is measured as a function of the $p\overline{p}$ invariant mass using the decay mode $B^{+}\to J/\psi K^{+}$ for normalisation. [...]

Determination of quantum numbers for several excited charmed mesons observed in $B^- \to D^{*+} \pi^- \pi^-$ decays / LHCb Collaboration
A four-body amplitude analysis of the $B^- \to D^{*+} \pi^- \pi^-$ decay is performed, where fractions and relative phases of the various resonances contributing to the decay are measured. Several quasi-model-independent analyses are performed aimed at searching for the presence of new states and establishing the quantum numbers of previously observed charmed meson resonances. [...]

Measurement of the $\eta_c(1S)$ production cross-section in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV / LHCb Collaboration
Using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $2.0\,fb^{-1}$, collected by the LHCb experiment, the production of the $\eta_c(1S)$ state in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s}=13 \text{ TeV}$ is studied in the rapidity range ${2.0 < y < 4.5}$ and in the transverse momentum range ${6.5 < p_{T} < 14.0\text{ GeV}}$. The cross-section for prompt production of $\eta_c(1S)$ mesons relative to that of the $J/\psi$ meson is measured using the ${p\bar{p}}$ decay mode and is found to be ${\sigma_{\eta_c(1S)}/\sigma_{J/\psi} = 1.69 \pm 0.15 \pm 0.10 \pm 0.18}$. Updated measurement of decay-time-dependent CP asymmetries in $D^0 \to K^+K^-$ and $D^0 \to \pi^+\pi^-$ decays / LHCb Collaboration
A search for decay-time-dependent charge-parity ($CP$) asymmetry in $D^0 \to K^+K^-$ and $D^0 \to \pi^+\pi^-$ decays is performed at the LHCb experiment using proton-proton collision data recorded at a center-of-mass energy of 13TeV, and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4fb$^{-1}$. The $D^0$ mesons are required to originate from semileptonic decays of $b$ hadrons, such that the charge of the muon identifies the flavor of the neutral $D$ meson at production. [...]
