| Abstract | Concepts for two circular e+e- Higgs factory colliders are presented: LEP3 in the LHC tunnel, limited to a c.m. energy of 240 GeV with a luminosity of about 1e34cm^-2s^-1, and TLEP in a new 80-km tunnel, which could deliver 5e34cm^-2s^-1 at 240 GeV c.m. and 7e33cm^-2s^-1 at 350 GeV c.m. in up to 4 interaction points.
