Abstract Recent results on studies sensitive to the CKM-angle gamma are combined to give an overall estimate of the precision expected at LHCb, assuming the detector perfor-mance of the DC04 data challenge. A result of 1.9-2.7$^{o}$ is obtained for $10 fb^{-1}$ of data, with the variation arising from the dependence on the physics parameters in-volved. Brief discussion is given to other, as yet unexplored, methods for improving this precision still further.
