Evidence for CP violation and measurement of CP-violating parameters in $ \mathrm{B}_{s}^{0} \to \mathrm{J}/\psi\,\phi(1020) $ decays in pp collisions at $ \sqrt{s} = $ 13 TeV / CMS Collaboration
