In Mowing Down Ludicolo, Sapphire received the Letter from Mr. Stone, who asked her to deliver it to Steven. In A Royal Rumble with Regirock, Regice and Registeel I, Sapphire encountered Steven and gave the Letter to him, successfully completing her delivery mission. Inside the Letter was a piece of paper with the Braille that was missing from the slab describing the legendary giants. By translating it, Steven was able to figure out that the missing components for awakening Regirock, Regice, and Registeel were Wailord and Relicanth.
