About this Change, we made a good progress, all the changes are already in Fedora rawhide.

This change implementation has been already made into F34+ releases. For Fedora 35, the latest packages that implement these changes are gnome-desktop3-41~beta-1.fc35.x86_64 ibus-m17n-1.4.7-1.fc35.x86_64 m17n-db-1.8.0-21.fc35.noarch
