Promotions

Promotion terms and conditions:

1. Discount code entitles a customer to receive a promotional offer on valid items only
2. Discount codes have different expiry dates, some codes may expire 2 weeks after initial send
3. Discount does not apply to products on sale and/or in the following categories
1. Sale > Mens Sale
2. Sale > Womens Sale
3. Sale > Youth Sale
4. You must apply the promo code to the bottom of your cart to receive the discount on valid items in your order
5. Only one (1) promo code can be applied to a single order
6. Any offer cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other promotional offers
7. The promotion cannot be applied to an order that has been completed, nor can the relevant promo code and discount be applied to an invalid order
8. If items from the order are returned and your order no longer meets the spend level required for the promotion, all remaining items will be charged at their listed price at the time of purchase
9. Sale & promo code items are accepted for return within the acceptable timeframe for returning items

Returns:

If you’re returning items for a refund, you’ll be refunded the discounted price you paid. For promotions that require you to spend a minimum amount, your total spend must remain above the minimum spend after returns are processed. If your total spend falls below the required minimum spend you’ll be refunded the minimum spend. If you’re returning items for a refund and received a free gift with purchase, you must include the free gift in the return parcel or you’ll be charged the full RRP of the free gift.

Exchange:

For promotions that require you to spend a minimum amount, your total spend must remain above the minimum spend after returns are processed. Promo codes will be honoured for size or colour exchanges and must be exchanged for an item from the same season as the item purchased. If your size or colour is out of stock, the promo code is not necessarily extended to your new order.

Win a $500 Voucher Promotion (November 23rd-27th 2023):

All orders placed through au.oneill.com and nz.oneill.com on 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th November 2023 will automatically go in the draw to win 1 of 5x $500 Gift Vouchers. There is one draw per day, so one $500 voucher will be given away for each of the 5 days. Prize is in the form of a $500 Gift Voucher so that you can select your favourite O’Neill products from au.oneill.com or nz.oneill.com, depending upon the country you enter from. Voucher must be used all in one purchase, change will not be given, and expires in 12 months. Winners names will be announced on our instagram stories on our Instagram channels @oneilloz and @oneillwomens_aus the following day of the draws, and the winner will also be contacted via the email or phone number left on their order.
