Our Expertise
eLearning
We’ve put the best of our research-tested support online.
We make resilience training accessible and affordable. In our online training courses, you’ll be exposed to the full scope of resilience factors through dynamic content. You’ll build a foundation for further education and create a personal plan of action for building the habits of resilience.
Online learning is a good fit for a variety of humanitarian workers. You might be an individual or team serving a hard-to-reach area, or a community embroiled in conflict, making it difficult to host an in-person group training. You might be an independent contractor without the support of an organization. As a manager, your team might be posted far away and you need tools to support them. Whatever your situation, online learning is an excellent way to learn about or re-familiarize yourself with the practice of building individual and team resilience in the field.
