Studies of jet fragmentation in large p/sub T/ events at the ISR / Kluge, E E (Inst fur Hochenergiephys, Univ Heidelberg, Heidelberg, Switzerland)
In an experiment done with the SFM-facility at the CERN-ISR, the authors studied events with a high p/sub T/ particle ( pi /sup +/, pi /sup -/, K/sup -/, p) produced at theta =20 degrees and theta =45 degrees . The distribution of leading fragments of the spectator jet in the same rapidity hemisphere as the trigger depends strongly on the kind of trigger particle involved. [...]
