| Abstract | Saturating the multiparticle states in the unitarity relation for virtual Compton scattering by two-particle states consisting of an infinite set of high mass vector mesons and a nucleon leads to a non- linear integral equation the solution of which determines the behaviour in the scaling limit and the non-forward scaling functions for deep inelastic scattering.
