分为学生端、辅导员端、宿管员端
功能大致有：宿舍管理、物业报修、请假管理、违规违纪管理、申请调换宿舍
创建 MySql 数据库：
create_db.sql
修改数据库连接：
dorm/public/_share/_pdo.php
