All the details show how much care was put into the game Like if you put in the passcode to the drawer in Ian's room without doing the steps, the game assumes you cheated and kills you (amazing touch! it really surprised me though because I only knew it after going through several runs. Amazing nevertheless)
I am so interested in all of these characters I love it so much. I'm not sure if you've made any games past this as I'm still playing while writing this, but if not, I really hope you do. This is sincerely amazing and I am in love
This game is the reason to not just accept the offer of a person your best friends warn about and especially to get nosy in that person's house, asking for trouble which maybe some of you (me) anticipate about (since i just annoyingly wander around gaining points for those bad ends). Love how the hide and seek switching room villain mechanic keeps me in my toes.
There's a bug of the key trigger scene repeating when you open the red book with those specific needed numbers again after it's practically finished and this leads to the timing of one minute getting screwed to hide but will fail and stuck in getting game over nonetheless. And this is just my tiny pet peeve but the way the x button is for menu and not just cancel when I'm used to that particular latter command really got me in a tight spot on some moments haha.

Surprisingly, I don't really care for Ian or gets crazy about him, because of his short temper and how he interacts with his half-sister.. plus the implication of unfinished background and past about both of them doesn't tie up the loose corners of the true end, though it should probably be unwrapped in the next one of this series which i look forward to (totally not because of Set and Quinn) and I suppose the expectation of him being a yandere like others have said kinda messed my impression of him but nope, he's just a murderer obsessed on his victims with June being another of them, aside from the moment he nailed on that stalking obsession,his motive is just.. I could almost smell a sob story coming up about having some beef or traumatic projection with kind people (of course doesn't mean I'm hating or criticizing him, I guess I'm just mad at him like damn what's this guy's problem honestly for targeting June just because she's being and living as herself?). Anyway whatever, I do still care more about Ares though, even through the few scenes and appearance of her, she still got my sympathy and protective instinct kicking in a way.
Update: nevermind, I hate Ian, he could die for all i care, go die in a ditch like Ares dreamed about, I'll be praying for his downfall everyday that he's either have to fear for the sky falling on him and crushing him or falling faceplant splat on the dirt he belongs.

I loved this so much! its def more creative then the other games I've been seeing. I'm also super interest of the backstory of Ian and Ares and omg ending 3 SHOCKED ME. The art is so good and I'm rlly excited for the continuation :)
Maybe you should study more psychology, especially the emotion theories of James, Cannon and many more. Because the system to get ending between 3 and 4-5 doesn't make any sense.

ok I agree that Ian is hot asf, but why is nobody talking about June??? Her hair, her eyes, her style, her lil bit of chubby, literally everything about her is gorgeous, stunning, breathtaking, every word describing beauty you can think up. If Ian is hot, June reaches the temperature of the center of the earth.

When it shows that "Windows is protecting you" There will be a 'More' button. Click on it and click 'run anyway'. It is safe but Windows shows this thing when a program is from an unrecognised author.
Edit: Whatever I said doesn't mean every itch.io games are safe I referred 'It' as 'this' game.
If you're downloading for Windows, go to your downloaded zip file for Classmates in your Downloads and double click on "Game.exe", then click "Extract All". CLASSMATES_1.2 should appear--click on this and you'll return to the new files, so click on Game.exe and the game will pop up.
That was great, 12/10 experience, very solid game! Absolutely cracked me up getting that "You cheated, didn't you?" GAME OVER when I replayed the game and tried to open the knife container without playing the rest of it hfvy3gvf sorry Ian <3 Wanted to try

Speaking of pretty character design,,, Quinn, June's friend, also has my heart. Like, their brown hair, their complexion, their heterochromia, their general attitude,,, so sensible and attractive idk,,, Again, seems to actually have their morals intact . . . Maybe I'm just too lesbian to understand the Ian hype
As for the actual puzzles, I did them all FLAWLESSLY, only needed help with endings 2 and 3 :D Sorry, I'm a suspicious gal to the end ugdehwgvrf
