According to the final results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review on circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that Turkey sold the subject products at prices lower than the normal value during the period of review from May 1, 2022, to April 30, 2023.

As a result, Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and Borusan Istikbal Ticaret T.A.S. were assigned a weighted average dumping margin of 2.75%, lower than 5.67% determined in the preliminary ruling in June last year.

The products involved are classified under HTSUS subheadings 7306.30.1000, 7306.30.5025, 7306.30.5032, 7306.30.5040, 7306.30.5055, 7306.30.5085, and 7306.30.5090.
