The IntlChar toupper()function converts the character into Unicode character uppercase.
Syntax
IntlChar::toupper (val)
Parameters
val − An integer or character encoded as a UTF-8 string.
Return
The IntlChar toupper()function returns the converted uppercase character. If the character is already in uppercase, the same character is returned.
