What is your cancellation policy?
Month to month plans can cancel any time. You can easily "downgrade" your plan within the app or change plans easily with in the app.
Do you offer flat rate plans?
Yes! Most merchants sign up for on our variable-rate plans, so you pay only for what you use. But if you'd like more predicability and prefer a flat-rate that is consistent every month, please contact us here.
I'm on Shopify Plus, do I fall under different pricing?
Nope! We do not charge you more just because you're a Plus merchant. Our plans on based only on the tier + your monthly shipment volume.
I'm stuck with another vendor, will you buy out our contract?
Yes! We do offer a contract buy-out for qualified merchants. Please contact us to learn more.
What's involved with onboarding and setup?
Great question. Getting you onboarding and setup quickly is our goal. Once you install the app and Upgrade to one our plans, we instantly send our kickoff email with next steps for onboarding. This might include getting access to your ESP to help you build flows, and we follow up with a tutorial on how to build your tracking pages within the Shopify theme editor. Our team is available to help and answer any questions along the way.
What shipping carriers are supported?
Wonderment integrates with over 60 shipping couriers. You can find our list of support carriers here.
What requirements does Wonderment need to work?
It's simple! All you need is:
1. A store hosted on Shopify
2. Ensure that you are attaching tracking numbers to your fulfillment records.
That's it! We do the heavy lifting to connect with the carriers to collect and aggregate shipping data.
Do you charge us for tracking old / historical shipments?
No. When you install Wonderment, we bring in most your recent shipments within the last 30-60 days, but only start tracking orders that haven't yet been Delivered (aka, only active fulfillments still in transit). As a new customer, you will receive reporting and trend analysis on previously Delivered shipments prior to installing Wonderment, for free. :)
