Dr Olga Oleinikova is CEO at Persollo and HeyLink.me, award-winning SaaS platforms offering tools for social media commercialisation. With its unique AI-powered analytics, instant checkout technology and link management tool, Persollo helps brands, agencies and influencers across 16 countries increase their sales conversion by 300%. Among Persollo’s global brand and agency clients: New Balance, Sunglass Hut, Polar, Hyland, Havas Media, Ogilvy, Mindshare, Poem Group, Playstation, The Lions, Australian UGG Original and others.

Dr Olga is also a Lecturer in the School of Communication at the University of Technology Sydney. She holds numerous awards, including Forbes 30 Under 30, Forbes Top 40 Global Ukrainians, Anthill Hot Young Australian Entrepreneurs and is the face of VISA’s global female empowerment campaign.
