Zenbusiness is not responsible for errors on the EIN

It's quite disappointing that zenbusiness is not responsible to solve errors on EIN. The customer service agent says they don't see any error made by zenbusiness thus they are not responsible for it. They ask me to call call IRS which cost me more than two hour of wait just to fix a post code error. Still not done fixing yet.

Pedro R The Man

Pedro R Really helped me out with an unusual situation, I wanted to cancel subscriptions that were not needed to keep the company. He let me know that he would have to call another section of the company and will give me a call back asap. It took Pedro R no more than 5 minutes to take care of what I asked of him. Not only that but he went out of his way to let me know about a contract I needed to complete to avoid any fines. Thanks Pedro R you made an incredible first impression to the zen business customer service. Because of that I will continue to use this app!

I worked with Tymeka today and she was extremely nice and very informative. She was very helpful in her explanations of different things and answered all my questions in a simple way. It made the process feel less overwhelming for sure.

grateful for TYMEKA's professional resourcfullness

TYMEKA did a fabulous job finding the solution to my questions. I needed to know where something had been filed, and she was able to look through the resources and find it for me. She was polite and professional in her interactions with me, and I appreciated her diligence in locating the answers I needed to find.

If you have a website issue, Christian B is the man!

I am new to ZenBusiness and web design altogether, but have been using their website builder in designing my own website for my company. After experiencing issues with formatting, I contacted ZenBusiness and was put in touch with Christian B. who works in web design services. Needless to say, he saved the day and helped me get everything squared away with my website. He was both professional and extremely knowledgeable in assisting me. I had an EIN application issue and…

I had an EIN application issue and Judean A. really took care of me. She was so patient and knowledgeable with me that it couldn't have gone any better. Judean A. was able to resolve my EIN application issue in a matter of hours. I received an email later in the day that my EIN number was active and this morning she called to personally inform me that it had been resolved. Judean A., you are my savor, I thank you and you deserve a promotion for such a speedy resolve. Thank you again.

People make a company desirable to work with

Pokiza was phenomenal! Great personality, professional in her communication while personal in her interactions. I would hire her in a heartbeat to because of her great attitude and contribution she could bring to a team. If all of my interactions are with her or someone like her than I will be with this company for a long time.

Kind and Caring service

I didn't have to wait that long for someone to pick up the line. Aileen was really helpful and knowledgeable. She was even able to walk me through my own computer to fix the problem since it was on my end. She was friendly and very patient with me, which is saying a lot when it comes to my lack of computer skills.

Nicole P was an absolute treasure

Nicole P was an absolute treasure. When you call companies for support these days- the service is most frequently horrendous. Thankfully I was helped by Nicole P who was kind , knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. It was such a pleasure speaking to her - I knew I was in good hands with her due to her confidence and disposition.
