Melina was fabulous! She was so informative, patient and very supportive! She answered all my questions with professionalism in a timely manner and i hardly had any time to write my questions as she was well on her way to answering my previous questions so quick. I appreciate the SUPERB customer service and support and I am happily reminded of why I always loved this company in the first place (I'm no stranger and have been using Promo for years! I had this lady named Melina...I swear she is a saint! I joined because of her. She didn't try to oversell and took so much time to explain more than she had to. I joined shortly after speaking with her. They made it fun to do videos now! I can't believe I'm doing it! It's 3 AM and I love it!

From the founding of promo.com I've been a fan of the innovation and of the founder. However, since being a member, I've experienced heaps of shady customer service issues as well as billing and price. After seeing the reviews on here, I can see that I'm not alone. After being a monthly premium customer, I was using 2 other platforms to create videos. After receiving an email for customer feedback with a $25 Amazon gift card as a reward, I followed the link and filled out their survey to hopefully see some changes with regard to price point and the variation of packages. Now, going on 10 weeks since completing the survey for them, I've only received 1 communication from them- an offer to do the same survey for a $40 Amazon gift card. I replied to the email and it bounced. They should be ashamed of their business practices. Looking for a solution this morning is what prompted this review.

The support received was truly exceptional. I explained my situation and it was handled perfectly. The support person went above and beyond what I expected and gained a new customer. Promo support deserves some major kudos! Now I can't wait to use this robust software.

Promo has been fantastic. Their retention manager Mr.Micheal Shtern is so helpful and customer satisfaction minded! He deserves 5 stars, promotion and hefty payrise. If not for him, i would have easily left promo.com for their competitors.

EXTREMELY DISHONEST BILLING PRACTICES. Decent, very basic application. They'll raise your monthly rate and run your card without authorization. They refuse to give refunds. There are lots of alternatives out there. I worked with Promo for 5 years dealing with their nonsense. I'M DONE.

VERY easy to use and even better is the publishing link direct to Facebook, Instagram etc. You can publish directly from Promo, so no messing about having to do this from any social channel, once it's linked you're done. If you're not really techie (I'm not), this is the package for you. The videos look like they were professionally done, and if you make a mistake, just go and fix it and re-publish. So far LOVE IT!!

I have been using Promo since 2017 for marketing for a nonprofit community clinic and I can say it is worth every penny. It saves me so much time when it comes to finding video clips I can use because their library is superior. Their music is better and the ease of titles and branding means I can put together video messages that pop in s fraction of the time it would take me to put it all together from scratch.I highly recommend Promo which continues to beat the competition.

I feel sorry for creators and companies who are piecing together various apps/programs that simply cannot come close to the Promo standards. They just keep improving and upgrading the quality of their offerings while keeping the pricing good and better with an annual. You get to create and practice using it before posting before you start paying! This is a phenomenal opportunity to see how it works and frankly highly ethical. Their customer support people are top notch. Even before they added Ai it was super fun to use and now their Ai can generate some ideas for Marketting you may not have thought about before. Love it and highly recommend even just trying it.

Promo has such a vast library of available content. The pre-made templates are wonderful, and the overall ease-of-use is priceless for small businesses that do not have the time or budget for large-scale production companies. Promo has really been a game-changer for us!

This website has all you need as a social media manager and so much more. You can create short creative ads whether your experienced or not. You can also create longer eye catching presentations to impress any audience. Not to forget the superior customer service if you have any questions or issues. This is your one stop shop for anything media related.

They're using dirty persuasion techniques to get you subscribed. If you want to cancel you have to move heaven and earth.. Still no luck.

Transitions and presets are slow-moving, nice for family photos but not so much for commercial stuff.

I love working with the product. It makes video creation happen in minutes - with me in the driver's seat. When I had issues with multiple accounts and logins - they got me help and fixed the entire situation in less than 24 hours (would have been faster if I had checked my email faster). I whole-heartedly recommend using this service.

Promo is fantastic. There is no other service like Promo on the internet. The value is incredible. It is very easy to make the videos of high quality. The amount of stock footage and music is virtually endless. And it's of high quality as well. If you're not using Promo to make videos for your business you're definitely missing out. The customer service is extremely responsive and helpful as well.
