Good price, with more features and excellent customer service
I have moved my domains to this domain registrar as they provide API access to things like DNS management, they are cheaper than the companies I was using before (who did not provide such APIs) and I have had really excellent experiences with their customer services team. Absolutely recommend.

However, on a slightly constructive feedback for this company, the online dashboard for people like myself who are not well-versed into domains stuff is quite unclear and confusing, and I wish the renewal process and what you are purchasing exactly would be made more user-friendly.

Very satisfying consumer service
I had some non-trivial problems with my hosting setup. I asked for help, got it very quickly (it was a human, not AI:-) and I got engaged in a conversation that lasted over two days. Answers always up to the point, very helpful. Solved my issues.
Price increases, support chat never open
I have been trying to chat support for several days, and no matter what time of day I visit the chat is always closed. After some online research it seems that the chat may have been closed for months now. I am trying to transfer my domain out because of the large price increases, but can't easily get the code.

I emailed the Gandi Help Desk with a query regarding extending the period of my domain name from 1 to 9 years. Within 2 hours Thomas had set it all up for me and all I had to do was click the pay now button. I could not ask for more.
Gandi USED to be quite a good service…
Gandi used to be quite a good service offering cutting edge offers and being pretty good. This has BEEN the case however as of now, the service stands as overpriced for no reason. The email box costs around 60 EUR, even though it used to be FREE with your domain; furthermore, they have the guts to charge me 40 EUR for Gandi credit, which they claim will be used to pay for my domain in about TWO MONTHS.
Here's an idea: how about you charge me when I HAVE TO PAY.
Horrible service, please do NOT USE.

What good are great products if the support isn't up to scratch? That's not the case with Gandi, which is why I use Gandi!
Would be nice if you did more about abuse
I report abuse to gandi. Most of the time they are decent and suspend domains in a few days.
Apparently, even its its painfully obvious thats its a phishing domain (even hellen keller could see) then nope, if the companies name is not in the domain name itself then they wont suspend it.
Also, after checking the gandi website itself. I have no idea why scammers use them, they are crazy expensive
