Soooo Easy.

This was so easy, I wish other countries I have lived in, including my own, were so efficient! obrigado!

My home country (US) has too many government offices still relying on fax machines, and my latest country of residence (Italy) prefers physical copies with stamps and signatures. Thank you Portugal for being in the 21st century!

I applied for Millennium bank account…

I applied for Millennium bank account through BORDR. They did not bother to tell me that i needed to submit a comprehensive list of documents. As a result my application was rejected. I approached my Portuguese lawyer who referred me to an officer at Millennium bank and i sent him all my documents after which he opened my bank account. BORDR did not bother to persue my case. They gave up on me. They simply DO NOT take up cases of Pakistani's. This amounts to Racism!

NIF and bank account assistance

Bordr assisted with both NIF and bank account and delivered in record time. I loved that there were updates of our progress every step of the way. The step-by-step guides during the bank account setup were also tremendously helpful.

After using their NIF and remote bank…

After using their NIF and remote bank account opening services, I have nothing but high praise for Bordr. They were positive, enthuiastic, and extremely efficient. The site is well-designed and the guides very useful. Bordr understands their business and customers very well.

NISS request

Bordr received my NISS request, responded promptly and courteously, and gave clear instructions on completing tasks. The timeline for processing my request for a NISS was explained, and communication along the way to confirm actions taken or that I needed to take was incredible. The use of BOX to sign documents is user-friendly and convenient. I have used Bordr's service before and would highly recommend it. They deliver!

Fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience! I received my NIF within 1 day of Bordr receiving my payment and I had my bank account setup with Millennium Bank and funded thru Wise within 2 weeks. Bordr's communication is fast and the information is complete. I never had any concerns or questions! I'm on the West coast of the United States with an 8 hour time difference to Portugal but I think all responses to all of my uploads and emails were within the hour that I sent them. I highly recommend their services.

Accurate and responsive!

This is the second time we've used Bordr.com and they are incredibly responsive and accurate. The team is attentive to any email and quick to resolve anything that comes up. I can't give any higher recommendation!

Simple, easy process

Simple, easy to use process, with constant email support and updates from a real person via email throughout. Despite applying just before Bordr closed between Xmas and New Year, I still received my NIF in time. Highly recommended!

Bordr Respond Predictably

Bordr respond predictably every morning to my follow up inquiries. Apparently their work flow is a single response each day. So any follow on would have to be wait until the next day. I am ok with it once you realize that is how they work. I seek out their fiscal representative service. They made it easy and expedient. Good result.

Overcoming Obstacles

This experience has at times been a challenge, particularly with the distance. However, your expertise and speed of the response has made it much easier. We still have a ways to go but getting the NIF and getting the bank account set up has definitely helped. I would most assuredly recommend your service.

It's clear

The automated system worked very reliably and understandably. I was surprised that there were no glitches and everything was clear, even though I had never opened NIF. Contextual help at every step and detailed screenshots helped me to do everything correctly.

amazing service

amazing service. Not only did they provide me the documents (NIF) I needed, but they continued support after with step by step instructions to do once I received the documents, and how to update once I moved to Portugal- made the whole process so easy.

Fantastic Experience!

I had a great experience working with them! I did my NIF, Bank Account, Visa, and Residency with them and it all went perfectly! They are very responsive, organized, communicative, and detail oriented. They always answer every question I have, over prepare me, etc. I can't recommend them enough!

Bordr has great team members

Bordr has great team members. They keep you informed and they are always on top of things. There were two team members that I would like to compliment, Gia Afurong and Chris Jose. They always answered all my questions, and kept me informed and calm.
Just an update to my review, I send the bank documents to open the bank account on 3/5, and yesterday, 3/12, I received messages from the bank that the account was opened. I also received a message from Bordr support with all the steps for me to follow and establish the account. Great team, great service!!!

FULL DISCLOSURE

FULL DISCLOSURE, I initially started working with another NIF assistance provider. However, I didn't receive acknowledgment or receipt that my uploaded documents & payment was a contract for services paid. To this day I don't know what happened that company never answer my emails. Bordr. answered my inquiries prior to me uploading any docs or payments. Trustworthy is foremost important to me.

I got my bank account opened!

I got my bank account opened successfully after the 2nd attempt as I was rejected by the Compliance Department the first time due to lack of a 1-year lease agreement. Bordr offered me a refund if I decided not to proceeded with Millennium. However, I decided to hold on and resubmit my application after securing a 1-year lease, which has yielded a good result! I want to thank Chris Jose from Bordr who has supported me throughout the process and provided weekly updates on my case persistently. I would recommend Bordr without any hesitation, as they are responsive and trustworthy!!
