Central Station | 26 Jul 2024

Sotheby's Maison at Landmark will open to the public this Saturday.

The two-story upscale Maison, which is 24,000 square feet and located in the heart of Central, aims to attract art collectors and communities leveraging Hongkong Land's vast network.

According to Nathan Drahi, the managing director of Sotheby's Asia, thirty percent of new clients are based in Asia.

Apart from exhibitions, performances and auctions that will be presented throughout the year, displays of hundreds of artifacts dating back to 80 million years from across continents will be the highlight. All are available for purchase, with prices ranging from HK$5,000 to HK$50 million.

The opening of Sotheby's Maison is the first milestone in the transformation of Landmark while simultaneously enhancing Hong Kong's art and auction market, which is important to the city's economy and rich cultural scene, said Alvin Kong, the executive director of Hongkong Land.
