Meet Daiana, Senior Software Developer

I became interested in working in healthcare through my Master’s degree in Computer Science and working with Great Ormand Street Hospital. I saw how many different problems you could solve.

As a Developer, it’s about your ability to identify a problem and see how tech can resolve it. In my role at Semble, I have a lot of agency over how I do things. My team have a lot of healthy discussions; we consider all the possible outcomes before making any decisions.

Our cultural drivers

We decided that 'values' didn’t quite capture the motivation and passion that bring us together and inform our way of working - so we created cultural drivers instead. Our cultural drivers are dynamic in their nature. We can continuously revisit, discuss, and share them. By staying true to these driving forces, we ensure that we’re not only achieving our mission but also growing in a way that’s authentic to who we are. Tab through to find out more.
