My name is Cara Patterson, I am an Instructional Technology Facilitator for Wilson County Public Schools. I hold a Masters of Science in Instructional Technology for Educators and this is my 6th year serving as a technology facilitator. I am also a Google Certified Teacher. Prior to, I was a high school English teacher for six years. Currently, I am based at Elm City Middle School located in Elm City, NC. My role as a Technology Facilitator is to work with students and teachers on the Middle School iPad initiative project. I enjoy getting into the classrooms and helping the teachers design technology based lesson plans. I like to keep my staff up to date on the latest educational technology resources and enjoy finding new apps for teachers and students to use in the classroom.view less
