Effective communication was a vital element to the success of the project. Through the use of targeted project management techniques, the PMCOE project was achieved within budget and ahead of schedule. Preliminary results from the first PMCOE Client Satisfaction Survey showed greater than anticipated awareness and appreciation of the PMCOE mission, objectives and offerings.
