Manual for Teachers

1.Introduction:
In this manual, we will find detailed explanations
about:-
1. Dashboard: Navigate (direct) your main interface
to view your assigned students and classes.
2. Assign Class Monitor: Designate (label) student
monitors to foster (substitute) leadership and
accountability.
3. Transfer: Manage the process for student
transfers between classes or schools.
4. Academics: This section allows teachers to
manage their educational responsibilities by
accessing assigned grades, subjects, and sections.

5. Lesson Plan: Create and organize lesson
plans for structured teaching.
6. Parent or Guardian: Communicate and
engage with parents to support student
learning.
7. Exam Schedule: Set up and communicate
examination schedules with students.
8. Attendance: Track and manage student
attendance easily.

1.3 Assign class monitor

1.3.1. How to Assign Class monitor:

Note:- Class monitor is assigned by Home room


To Assign Class monitor, follow
the following steps:-
Step 2: Click on “Student”
Component listed.
Step 4: Class monitor page is opened,
and click on “Add Class Monitor”
button.
Step 5: From class monitor selection
page.
1. Select grade for which grade you want to selects class monitor.
2. Select Section for which section you want to select class monitor.
3. Select student who is to be class monitor.
Step 6: Select Class “Create Class
Monitor” button.

Then Class monitor will be added to class


monitor list.
1.3.2.How to Edit Class monitor:
 To Edit class monitor, follow the following
steps:
Step 1: Login to SIMS module on E-school system.
Step 2: Click on “Student”
Component listed.
Step 3:From the list select “Class
monitor” option and click on it.
Step 4: Locate the Class Monitor
you wish to edit from the class
monitor list.
Step 5: Click on the “Edit Class
monitor” button next to the selected
Class Monitor.
Step 6: Click on Student
dropdown and select other
students to be class monitor.
Step 7: Click on the “Save Monitor”
button to confirm the changes.

Step 8: The updated Class Monitor


information will now reflect in the
class monitor list.
1.3.3.How to Filter Class
monitor:
Step 1: Login to SIMS module on E-school
system
Step 2: Click on “Student”
Component listed.
Step 3:From the list select “Class
monitor” option and click on it.
Step 4: On the Class Monitor page,
look for the filter options.
Step 5: Select the desired grade from the
"Class" dropdown menu.
Step 6: Select the specific
section from the "Section"
dropdown menu.
Step 7: The list will update to show only
the Class Monitors for the selected class
and section.
