INTRODUCTION :

Library management is nothing but


managing the library using
software .
By building software application
which consist of the library features
like volume of the library , staff
details and new books adding and
removing old books like that all
details will be there in this
application.
LANGUAGES USED

Here we are using the JAVA for front end of our application..

And for back end we are using MY SQL database ...

Scripting language : Java

Server side language : MY SQL

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS :
Processor : intel i3
RAM : 2 GB or more
Disk space : 300GB
EXISTING SYSTEM :

• You may ask me we have a


book and we maintained
that book which consist of
all details about library.
But when we buy new
stock it may difficult to add
in that book even we miss
the payment details and
book count may differ and
we get confused.
PROPOSED SYSTEM :
In proposed system we got to know many things in an
arranged manner.

Students can easily pick books without wasting their


time.

The work load of management is decreased..

When staff buy new books they can easily add in


the application without any error and time consuming.

just for accessing the data
related to library and
mostly for security .
Let me give the clarification about my software application ….

This application is mainly used for STAFF , MANAGEMENT ,and mainly


STUDENTS …..

Our Library Management is consist of login page and and consist of the three
terms of details which contain admin details ,student details and staff details..

Our project requires low number of resources by using java and


database we can create this
software application.

Let me give the image in next slide which give clarity of how the library
management application works .
Let me explain about the last image which we provide ….

When user enter the user id and password correct then the user log in and
use application without any problem ….

And the user access the related data about library … and we have two options
like request book and return book ….

And we also the facility to read the book online …

when the user request book and it shows issue book and after completing
the task .book will be taken…
CONCLUSION :
• What I want to conclude is this
application is simple but very useful
to the whole educational institution
which are having library .
• Working smart enough is better than
working very much right !
