introduction
Full Stack Web Development is the
process of designing, creating,
testing and deploying a complete
web application from start to finish.
It involves working with various
technologies and tools, including
front-end web development, back-
end web development, and
database development.
CSS
• Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a stylesheet language used to
describe the presentation of a document written in HTML or
XML (including XML dialects such as SVG, MathML or
XHTML). CSS describes how elements should be rendered on
screen, on paper, in speech, or on other media.
Front-end Web Development
Javascript
• JavaScript is a programming language used
primarily by Web browsers to create a dynamic
and interactive experience for the user. Most of the
functions and applications that make the Internet
indispensable to modern life are coded in some form of
JavaScript. The earliest incarnations of JavaScript were
developed in the late 1990s for the Netscape Navigator
Web browser.
Back-end Web Development
Node js
• Node.js is a powerful runtime environment for
executing JavaScript code outside of a web
browser. It brings the JavaScript language to the server-
side, enabling developers to build scalable, high-
performance, and event-driven applications.
• Its nature is asynchronous or non-blocking with
microservices architecture.
• It’s simple for a JavaScript programmer to use Node.js to
create back-end services.
Back-end Web Development
Express js
• Express is a minimal and flexible Node.js web
application framework that provides a robust set
of features for web and mobile applications.
• Defines a routing table which is used to perform
different actions based on HTTP Method and URL.
• Allows to dynamically render HTML Pages based on
passing arguments to templates.
Back-end Web Development
Mongodb
• MongoDB is an open-source document database built on a
horizontal scale-out architecture that uses a flexible
schema for storing data.
• Structured and unstructured information can be stored in
the same document.
• Instead of storing data in tables of rows or columns like
SQL databases, each record in a MongoDB database is a
document described in BSON, a binary representation of
the data.
