Attendance
• 20% absences shall be the ground of dropping
out the students
• For example attendance in the month of June is
19 days
• 3 consecutive absences – call the attention of
the parents in guidance office
• 5 consecutive absences- call the attention of the
parents if the parents will not come to school
students will be subject to home visitation
• If the students still continue his absenteeism
habit despite of preventive measures he/she
will be drop in the list
• Parents & students will sign at the guidance
office that they were inform about the school

Cutting classes
Same Rules applied in absenteeism
• 1st offense -warning for the students
• 2nd offence - call the attention of the parents
• 3rd offence or continuous cutting classes
students will be drop in the list
Grading System
• Electronic Class Record

• 1 to 2 subject failed - student needs to


undergo remediation classes to be promoted
in next year level
• 3 subject failed –student will be retained in
the same year level
Remedial Classes
• If you failed in a grading period remedial class
is done in a week after each quarterly
assessment. Make sure to attend your
remediation class to avoid a falling grade at
the end of the school year
Computer Laboratory Rules & Routines
1. Take of the shoes & slipper upon entering the
computer laboratory (If you don’t want to take off
your shoes & slipper because it is hassle for bring
plastic or any object that can wrap you shoes or
slipper
2. Wear foot sock or rubber slipper inside the
computer lab at all times to avoid electric shock on
the floor
3. Do not bring any foods or liquid, candies, bubble
gum, junk foods inside the computer laboratory
4. Always follow your sitting arrangement according to your
seat plan during class discussion
5. Avoid scattering garbage such as papers or any kind inside
computer Laboratory. Throw your garbage on the trash can
6. Only sits to the PC assigned to you, if your PC has a
problem, you will inform the teacher so that you can transfer
in another available PC
7. Always perform your activity and do not copy the work of
your classmates
8. Do not insert USB on the PC without permission from the
teacher to avoid virus infection of the PCs
9. Do not hesitate to asked assistance to your teacher if you
do not know how to perform your activity. You can ask
assistance to your classmate but make sure that you
manipulate the computer by yourself and not your classmate
10. Always power off the PC, UPS, AVR, electric
fan, aircon and main switch after using it. Do not
leave it open if no one will use it to save
electricity
10. Always perform housekeeping after using
the computer laboratory like arranging your
chair, keyboard and any other scattered things
Note: Any violation to rules & routines will be
subject to penalty by perform housekeeping
inside the computer lab or bringing one floor
wax in each violation
Using Cellphone inside the computer
laboratory
• Cellphone charging is prohibited inside the
computer laboratory
• You are allowed to use CP for documentation of
your lessons
• Using CP for texting & chatting during class
hour is prohibited
Note: Any violation will be subject to penalty by
rendering housekeeping or bringing floor wax in
every violation

Basic concept of CSS
• This course is design to develop & enhance
the knowledge, skills & attitude of Computer
Systems Service Technician, in accordance
with the industry standards. It covers the basic
& common competencies in addition to core
competencies such as to install & configure
computer system & networks, servers & to
maintain & repair computer system &
networks
Course Description
This is an introductory course that leads to
a Computer Systems Servicing National
Certificate Level II (NC II).
It covers seven (7) common competencies
that a student ought to possess:
1) application of quality standards,
2) computer operations;
3) performing mensuration and
calculation;
4) preparation and interpretation of
technical drawing;
5) the use of hand tools;
6) terminating and connecting electrical
wiring and electronics circuits;
7) testing electronics components;
and four (4) core competencies, namely,
1) installing and configuring computer
systems,
2.) setting up computer networks,
3) setting up computer servers,
4) maintaining and repairing computer
systems and networks.
