Communication is a
dialogic process which
makes a person engage
in a conversation,
discussion or
negotiation. As a two-
way process,
communication starts
with the self that
engages with others.

is not what you say, but
it’s how you say it.”
This quote shows that
when we engage in a
communication with
others, we make
