depende kung ano ang agreement ninyo ng school head
2. INTER-OBSERVER AGREEMENT FORM
-ito naman ang gagamitin na MOV kung maraming school
head/head teacher nag-observe sayo during classroom
demonstration mo

FAQ: Pwede ba na isang demo lang ang gagawin tapos


lahat ng objectives ay kasama?
Answer: Yes, maaaring isang demo lang ang gagawin,
as long as kaya mo idemonstrate lahat ng objectives na
required.
To get a rrating of 5 para sa
objective na ito, you only need a
PMCF for a certain teacher/s for
Quarter 1-4 with annotations.

I have provided a PMCF with entries


targeting different objectives for
Quarter 1-4, all you have to do is to
fill in your details and your mentee’s
details to the PMCF.

Reflection Notes as a master teacher
where you showcased in your
reflection your efforts to utilize your
professional strengths to uphold the
dignity of teaching as a profession
to help build a positive teaching and
learning culture.

I will provide a sample reflection


note to serve as your benchmark.
The template will be in the
objective 14 folder.
