●The Computer Laboratory is a restricted area.
Only enrolled students can avail of this
facility’s services. Hence , alumni and/or
visiting students can no longer enjoy its
services unless otherwise permitted in writing
by a resident school authority or his
authorized representative. Students may use

●During scheduled laboratory sessions,
students are required to bring only the
following:
A. Student’s workbook (as required by their
respective teachers)
B. Ballpen/Pencil, Writing Materials]
C. Personal(or group) data disk

●Students are to expected to work quietly
inside the Computer Laboratory
●USB’s and other external drives are not
allowed in all workstations unless permitted
by the teacher.

●Students are to bring only the things they
need for their class inside the Computer
Laboratory. Everyone must leave his/her
personal belongings on their classrooms. The
Teacher or the School I.T is not liable for the
loss of the personal belongings due to
carelessness on the part of the owner.

Students committing the following violations will
be subjected to disciplinary actions:
● Writing or defacing the wall or furniture or any piece
of computer hardware
● Deliberately disabling a computer unit or any piece
of computer hardware.
● Destroying or attempting to destroy any equipment
or piece of furniture inside the laboratory.
● Steal equipment from the computer laboratory.

Before leaving the room, the students should
make sure of the following:
● That they have closed the application software they
are using, logged out of the network, and turn of
their units. It is a good practice to close the
application software and it is a sign of courtesy to log
out of the network before turning off
the workstation.

● Students are expected to work quietly.
● Computer lab should be kept clean
● Operate the equipment properly
● Make sure you listen to directions or instructions
● Use the Internet and other multimedia equipment for
academic work only.
● Touch the monitor, keyboard and mouse gently.
● Remember to “Log Off” at the end of each session.

● Learn something new each time you login
● Always work toward your best, not your neighbor’s
best.
● Arrange the chairs before leaving the lab.
● Switch off the fan, light, AC, computers, when not in
use.
● Saving and backing of your work is your

● Use mobile phones
● Foods, candies and drinks are not allowed inside the
Computer Laboratory.
● Over burden the machines by storing the files or
downloading programs on local hard drives and the
desktop.
● Surf the internet or e-mail when you’re supposed to
be listening to the teacher or working on an
assignment.

Do Not
● Swapping of peripherals (Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor,
Etc.) is prohibited.
● Disturb others working in the lab, using abusive
language or discuss private matters.
● Install any software or modify or delete any system
files on any lab computers.

Hardware and Software

Data Storage
Students may not store data on
the local hard-drives. Users are
encouraged to save their work
often and to make frequent
backups of their data on their
mails or google drive. The school
