is far more powerful and capable.
Key Excel Functions
• PV – present value of an investment based on
a series of future payments
• FV – future value of an investment based on
periodic, constant payments and constant
interest rate
• NPER – number of periods of an investment
based on periodic, constant payments and
constant interest rate
• PMT – payment on a loan based on periodic,
constant payments and constant interest rate
• RATE – interest rate per period of a loan
• IPMT – interest payment for a given period
based on periodic, constant payments and
constant interest rate
