OBSERVATION:
DAY 1 : INTRODUCTION TO ORGANISATION
On my first day of internship, I went through the history of
KRALZ COSEMEKARE PRIVATE LIMITED
HR gave information about their company’ s history and profile.
And he has shown the office layout and facilities in the
organization.
I had an chance to speak with the employees to learn more
specific information after exploring the business to learn about its
many areas.

DAY 2 &3 PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT:
I have got various information about Do's and Dont's of the company.
I spend time with the Production Department.
I observed the production process which have been done there.
And observed the packaging process of the cosmetics.
There are specialized person under each section to carry out the
process in a fast and smooth manner.

DAY 4 RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS
On my Fourth Day, Observed the process of posting job openings on
multiple platforms.
To Understood the methods used to screen resumes and shortlist
candidates for interviews.
Reviewed the evaluation criteria used during the candidate selection
process.
And I attended a team meeting, witnessing how employee performance is
reviewed.

DAY 5 & 6: QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
I spent the day with the Quality Control team, understanding their
processes.
And I have observed the different tests conducted to ensure product
Quality.
I have learned about the importance of quality control before sending
products to the next process.
Reviewed the communication between departments to address quality
issues early.

DAY 7 & 8:HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT
On my Seventh Day, I have observed how HR keeps track of employee
performance and manages production schedules.
To explored how HR plays a role in managing team morale and
resolving conflicts.
I have participated in data entry tasks related to payroll and employee
compensation.
Engaged with the HR team to understand how they manage workforce
requirements.

DAY 9 & 10:FINANCE DEPARTMENT
Observed the finance department using software for managing daily
transactions.
To Learned about the process of entering purchase and sales transactions
using accounting software.
To explored the different voucher types in the software, such as receipts,
payments, and journal entries.
And I noted how the system integrates tax calculations like GST into
every transaction.

I Assisted the administrative team in organizing important company

smooth operation.

I have visited the product preservation department, learning about storage
techniques for creams and lotions.

shampoo, oil, lotion, and gel.

I Assisted the finance team in generating reports for stakeholders using the
accounting software.
I have explored how the company manages its budgeting and financial
forecasting.

analyzed for decision-making.
