ABSTRACT
The project integrates various sensors—temperature, pulse,
MEMS, and GPS—with a microcontroller to gather and
process soilder data. This information is transmitted to an IoT
platform for remote monitoring. In case of sensor anomalies
or critical readings, the system triggers alerts on the IoT
platform and through local indicators such as a buzzer and an
display. The system aims to enhance soilder care by enabling
timely responses to health emergencies and continuous
monitoring of vital signs, ensuring proactive healthcare
management.

PROBLEM STATEMENT
• Healthcare Monitoring Needs: The traditional healthcare
system lacks continuous monitoring capabilities, especially
for soilders with chronic illnesses or critical conditions,
necessitating a solution for remote patient monitoring.
• Real-Time Data Access: Healthcare providers require real-
time access to soilders data to identify abnormalities and
respond promptly to emergencies, which is challenging to
achieve without advanced monitoring systems.
• Remote Patient Management: Patients living in remote
areas or those with limited mobility face challenges
accessing healthcare facilities regularly, highlighting the
need for remote soilders management solutions.
. Department of Electronics and communication Engineering
• Timely Intervention: Timely intervention is critical in
healthcare, especially for soilders with chronic illnesses or
those at risk of medical emergencies, emphasizing the
importance of a system that can detect abnormalities and
trigger alerts promptly.
• Data Security and Privacy: With the transmission of
sensitive soilder data over IoT networks, ensuring data
security and privacy are paramount to comply with
healthcare regulations and protect patient information from
unauthorized access.
• User-Friendly Interface: The system must be user-friendly
for both soilders and healthcare providers, with intuitive
interfaces and clear alerts to facilitate effective
communication and decision-making during emergencies
Department of Electronics and communication Engineering
EXISTING SYSTEM
• Existing remote soilders monitoring systems were constrained
by limited sensor capabilities and lacked robust connectivity.
• They primarily used basic sensors for single-parameter
monitoring, operating on localized displays without IoT
integration.
• This limited scope hindered continuous monitoring and
delayed responses to critical health situations.
• Overall, the existing systems lacked the sophistication and
connectivity necessary for comprehensive real-time remote
soilder monitoring, highlighting the need for improvement.

Department of Electronics and communication Engineering

PROPOSED SYSTEM

pulse, MEMS, GPS, and a microcontroller to collect, process, and
transmit comprehensive soilder data.
• This system employs IoT connectivity to relay real-time
information to a remote platform, enabling continuous monitoring
by healthcare professionals.
• Alerts are triggered on both the IoT interface and local indicators
(buzzer, LCD) in case of sensor abnormalities, ensuring immediate
attention to critical conditions.
