Abstract
Our project is Java-based application
designed to assist users in finding the most
suitable doctor based on their symptoms. The
application simplifies the process of searching
for doctors by providing a ldirect appointment
booking, and symptom-based doctor
suggestions. By streamlining these processes,
our project aims to save users both time and
money, offering a more efficient way to access
healthcare services.
INTRODUCTION
In today's fast-paced world, finding the right healthcare professional
can be a difficult task. Traditional methods often involve multiple
visits to general practitioners before reaching a specialist, leading to
delays and additional costs. 'Health Hub' addresses this issue by
providing an application that helps users find the right doctor based
on their symptoms, allowing for direct appointment booking through
the platform
Problem Statement
Patients frequently face delays in receiving appropriate medical care,
particularly when they are unsure of the type of specialist they need.
Additionally, the process of booking appointments can be a time
consuming task , requiring patients to physically visit clinics or
hospitals, only to wait in long queues.

The Problem
The Problem: The major issue is that people don’t have a single clue
about what sort of disease they are facing and visit any random clinic
nearby. Later after visiting the clinic for 2-3 times, when the disease
doesn’t get cure, the doctor himself sends the patient to visit the
specialist of his known with only one option. This is the place the
most ours time is wasted and even the money. After that you are
supposed to physically visit the place and then book the
appointment which is hectic.
Proposed System
HEALTH proposes an integrated solution where users can enter their
symptoms into the application, which will then suggest the most
relevant specialist in their local area. The application also allows
users to book appointments directly, reducing the time and effort
typically required.

the specialist.

Conclusion
In conclusion, 'DocFinder' offers an
innovative solution to common challenges
in accessing healthcare services. By
providing a streamlined, user-friendly
platform for finding and booking
appointments with the right specialists,
our application addresses the
inefficiencies of the current system,
making healthcare more accessible, time-
saving, and cost-effective.
