Introduction
A Good health is key to reaching our full potential, as it affects
learning, work, and overall well-being. Many people in our
community struggle to get the healthcare they need. Our project
focuses on making healthcare more accessible, sharing
knowledge about health, and providing essential medical
support to help everyone live healthier, more productive lives.
Objectives of the Project
1. To improve the health and well-being of individuals in Larkana and surrounding villages by
providing essential resources..

9. Grocery Distribution at
Pilot School, Larkana (26th
December 2024)
To address food insecurity, a grocery
distribution drive was organized at Pilot
School in Larkana. Grocery packages
(raashan) were distributed to 500
individuals from Larkana and nearby
villages. This activity was carried out in
partnership with AlKhidmat Foundation,
ensuring widespread impact.
Challenges and Solutions
1. Limited Resources:
Challenge: Securing sufficient financial and material resources for multiple
activities.
Solution: Partnering with Al Khidmat Foundation and local organizations to
ensure adequate funding and support.
2. Logistical Issues:
Challenge: Coordinating the transportation and distribution of materials across
various locations.
Solution: Developed a detailed logistical plan and relied on community
volunteers for support.

Challenge: Encouraging participation in medical camps and educational
sessions.
Solution: Collaborated with local schools, hospitals, and community
leaders to raise awareness and encourage attendance.
4. Time Constraints:
Challenge: Managing multiple activities within a tight timeline.
Solution: Scheduled activities meticulously and delegated responsibilities
to ensure smooth execution.
Results and Impact
Outcomes Achieved:
1. Accessibility to improved health care: The two medical camps addressed urgent health issues and
promoted wellness in underprivileged communities by offering more than 200 free medical examinations,
consultations, and medications.
2. Hygiene Awareness Encouraged: The risk of disease spread in communities and schools was lowered by
conducting hygiene sessions where children taught the correct hand washing techniques.
3. Environmental Sustainability: Over 30 trees were planted, making public areas greener and raising

more than 100 kids at Sweet Home and special child homes.
