Abstract
The rapid growth of multi-cloud environments has made efficient
resource management a critical challenge for organizations, particularly
in optimizing performance and minimizing operational costs. Existing
approaches to resource allocation in multi-cloud settings rely on
optimization algorithms and rule-based systems, which attempt to
allocate resources dynamically based on set parameters.
The traditional techniques often fail to adapt to the dynamic and
heterogeneous nature of multi-cloud environments, leading to
inefficiencies, especially during peak loads, and increased operational
costs. The Proposed work introduces Multi-Agent Reinforcement
Learning (MARL) to overcome these limitations. MARL allows
decentralized, adaptive decision-making, resulting in a 25% reduction
in operational costs and up to 90% efficiency during peak periods,
improving overall resource allocation and performance.
