Technology is advancing in a way few imagined. Jobs and careers have been transformed because of new
equipment, software and technical ideas. We cannot know how technology will shape the future jobs market. All
we can be sure of is that new and exciting jobs using advanced, and as yet unknown technology, are on the
way.
