Module 5- Concurrent Forces

This module covers the fundamentals of forces, including their definition, effects on objects, and graphical representation. Key concepts include elements of a force, types of force systems (concurrent and coplanar), and methods for solving unknown forces using Bow's Notation. It also introduces important terms such as resultant, equilibrant, and various methods for graphical representation of forces.

CONCURRENT VS
COPLANAR FORCES

 A force system is said to be concurrent, if the lines of all

forces intersect at a common point.
 A force system is said to be coplanar, if the lines of the action
of all forces lie in one plane.
