🡪Background: The retail industry is rapidly evolving, with customers expecting


personalized shopping experiences and store owners looking for more efficient
inventory management solutions. The proposed AI-driven store assistant aims
to enhance customer experience by providing personalized product
recommendations and assisting with queries while also helping store owners
manage inventory effectively using AI-based analytics.

The architecture is divided into the following components:1. User Interface:
Customers and store owners interact with the system via a mobile app or web-
based dashboard. 2. AI and Machine Learning Models:Implemented using
frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch to analyze customer data,
inventory data, and make real-time predictions. 3. Backend APIs: Handle the
integration with external services such as inventory databases, IoT sensors,
and POS systems. 4. Database: Stores product information, customer purchase
data, and inventory records.

Methodology
🡪Approach: The AI-driven store assistant will consist of two major components:- Customer
Assistance Module: Provides customers with personalized recommendations, answers
queries, helps locate products in-store, and facilitates the checkout process.- Inventory
Management Module:Monitors stock levels, predicts demand, manages reordering, and
provides analytics for store owners to optimize inventory.
🡪Design Process: A dedicated designing team of was incharge of making and
overlooking the design of the interface, and the other looked over the system
architecture

🡪Implementation: Implement NLP for understanding customer queries (using libraries such as
Hugging Face, Dialogflow). - Use collaborative filtering or content-based recommendation systems
for product recommendations (using TensorFlow or PyTorch). - Integrate APIs to check product
availability and suggest alternatives if a product is out of stock. - Implement a navigation system
to guide customers to product locations .

softwares on multiple devices before we pushed to production
