INTRODUCTION
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work
motivation, either partially or simultaneously, on employee
performance This study also determines the most dominant influence of
leadership style and work motivation on employee performance.
Leadership is a critical factor in organizational success, as it directly
impacts employee motivation, engagement, and overall performance.
Effective leadership shapes the work environment, drives productivity,
and fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation. In modern
organizations, leaders face dynamic challenges that require adaptability
and a deep understanding of how their leadership style influences their
workforce. Employee motivation, a vital component of organizational
success, is often driven by intrinsic and extrinsic factors.
Leadership style plays a significant role in creating an environment
where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated to contribute
their best efforts. Understanding the interplay between leadership and
motivation is essential for leaders aiming to enhance team performance
and achieve organizational goals. the study will provide actionable
insights for leaders and organizations to refine their strategies, fostering
a work environment that supports growth, satisfaction, and sustained
performance. The study followed the positivist paradigm which
provided an objective reality against which claims were compared and
truth was ascertained. In this descriptive study, the goal has been to
discover the pattern of cause and effect, which can predict
phenomenon. As a part of the descriptive research methodology, data
collected has been subjected to the thinking process in terms of ordered
reasoning. A qualitative research approach has been used to analyze the
hypothesized relationships.

To assess the impact of Laissez Faire Leadership Styles and Employee
