executive Marc Beniof, Parker Harris, Dave Mocllenhoff and
Frank Dominguez.
• In June 2004, the company’s initial public offering was listed
on the new york stock exchange under the stock symbol CRM
and Raised US$110 Million.
• In October 2017 Salesforce launched a Facebook analytics
tool for B2B marketers
• In September 2018 salesforce partied with apple intended on
improving apps for businesses.

Ans. Whenever we delete any record/data in SF it goes into recycle
bin and stays there for some days.

Ans. 15 Days
Q. Can we get data from recycle even after 15 days are passed?
Ans. Yes, it is possible by contacting sales force support and paying
them for their data recovery services.
Q. How much cost for data recovery?
Ans. This cost approx 7 lacs INR or 10k USD.
Q Can we extend this 15 Days duration?
Ans.
• Yes, it is possible by contacting SF support and this is free
service.
• Upto 2month SF give extension.

Q. How can we check the storage capacity of recycle bin?
Ans. Step 1: Check the SF org storage = 5MB
(Where we store non deleted items)
Note: In real time it may be in GB,TB etc.
Step 2: Convert into MB = 1024 MB
1GB = 1024 MB
Step3: “SF says”,make rouding = 1000 mb
(remove 24 MB from every 1024 MB)
Step4: “SF says”, multiple by 25 = 25000 MB
Answer = 25000 MB for 1GB
