Objective
• The objective of this lab report is to highlight
technological innovations developed at
Tribhuvan University’s (TU) innovation center,
focusing on improving sustainability,
operational efficiency, and precision across
different sectors.
Introduction
• Tribhuvan University (TU), Nepal’s oldest
university, plays a pivotal role in Nepal’s
academic and technological landscape. Its
innovation center drives advancements in
engineering, sustainable energy, and
manufacturing through collaboration with
local and international institutions.
Vending Machine
• TU’s vending machine uses computerized
systems to manage product selection,
payment, and dispensing, ensuring customer
satisfaction and efficient operation.
Electric Vehicle (EV)
• TU’s Electric Vehicles reduce carbon emissions
and promote sustainable transportation.
Advancements in battery technology and
charging infrastructure have driven the global
adoption of EVs.
CNC Plasma Cutter
• TU’s CNC Plasma Cutter uses high-
temperature plasma to cut metal with
precision and efficiency. It minimizes waste
and enhances operational efficiency in
manufacturing.
Solar Dryer
• The Solar Dryer developed at TU harnesses
solar energy for food preservation, offering an
eco-friendly and cost-effective method for
reducing food spoilage.
Multicrane Roster
• TU’s Multicrane Roster enhances efficiency in
lifting and moving operations, improving
processes in construction and manufacturing
industries.
Conclusion
• Technological innovations developed at TU’s
innovation center contribute to a more
sustainable and efficient future. From Electric
Vehicles to CNC Plasma Cutters, these
advancements reduce emissions, enhance
precision, and promote environmental
sustainability.
