• High protein diet for malnourished ,cancer


and convalescents patients.
• To reform the monotonous soft diet menu.
• To start Renal diet.
• To start Paediatric diet.
• To start protein concentrate in RT feeds.
• To add millets in the menu for patients.
• To follow the tender guidelines for other
meals viz,normal diet and diabetic diet.
