 Step 1:Provide the user details to BMS designated team HR to begin
the Onboarding process
 Step 2 : Receive Email from BMS with credential details

Step 1 - Provide the below user details to BMS designated team HR to begin the
Onboarding process:

1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Date of joining (BMS)
4. DOB (mm-dd-yyyy)
5. Birth Country
6. Worked for BMS before (Yes/No)
7. Consulting Company
8. Consulting Company Email_id
Note - The HR would take approx. 3-5 business days for the onboarding process.

Step 2 – Receive Email from BMS with credential details

BMS manager will forward email including BMS ID, User ID, PIN & default password
details.

Step 3 – Activate Dynamic Security Code

Information required before hand:


• BMS user pin(4 digit)
• BMS user_id (6 digit) (available on BMS white pages)
• Registered phone number

– Support Code from VIP

Step 4 – Access Workspace (Virtual Desktop)

• Access
https://windows365.microsoft.com/ in
Chrome Incognito mode
• Enter your credentials and security code
obtained from VIP Access. Here you will
need to enter your BMS email ID to
access this.

There are two ways to access the cloud PC: through a


browser or desktop. If you choose the desktop option,
please reach out to the PharmaACE IT team for
assistance.

Step 5 – Remote Desktop installation (in PharmaACE
laptop)
• Raise request in ItAssist in Zoho • Drop an email to IT helpdesk
looping the PharmaACE
manager.

• Post this installation, you will be able to use the desktop option, as mentioned in
above step 4.

Change Password

• Password can be reset from myBMS.bms.com site using Password Reset option.

Managing Dynamic Security code/Devices
registration for Dynamic security
• Go to eportal.bms.com.
Use your credentials
• Click on Manage Your
Dynamic Security Code

• This is useful in case you


have changed your device
and want to set up VIP
access app on new device.
