• UDM Launched in 2020 • Fully integrated with iMMS, IREPS, IPAS, AIMS, RITES, RDSO, TPI Agencies, IRPSM, TMS, SLAM • Benefits- Computerisation of entire supply chain, cost reduction and economy, Traceability of material, real time exchange for information, enhanced efficiency and transparency. User Depot Module- UDM • UDM have easy access for computerising various material management activities at the end of user Depots, i.e, consignees authorised users have been enabled for creation of • Computerised Ledgers • Daily material transaction reports • For recording Receipt & issue transactions by authorised users • Receipt of stores- By user Depots/ Consignees against orders/ GeM orders/Contracts User Depot Module- UDM • Issue of material: to end user, to ther user Depots/ Consignees on Assistance/Loan Basis, to contractors, on book transfer within same user depot, to stores depots on Advice Notes, to purchasers for Scrap delivers etc., • Placing of requisitions on stores Depot for stock items and Non-stock items (S1313 as well as imprest Demands) • Placing of Demands on user Depots/Consignees: Issue Note, Gate Pass, Adjustments Memo etc., • Transacting with Non-computerised user Depots/ Consignees w.r.t Receipt & issue of material. User Depot Module- UDM • Integration of payment activities on IPAS with Digitally signed consignee receipt Note (CRN), consignee receipt Certificated (CRC) being generated in UDM • Rejection Handling: Both Initial rejection as well as warranty rejection • Stock verification (Accounts/ Departmental & Stock sheet management. • Accessing Several MIS/Exception Reports. • Real time information exchange: among various stake –holders leading to enhanced operational efficiency, economy and transparency. User Depot Module- UDM • All officers of the Railways where in UDM has been made live, have been given access using their existing user name/ Password on IREPS (as used by them for works/stores Tenders) • User officer is Admin, Admin can have rights for mapping of consignee code, iMMS ID & Sub- consignee. • User ID/Password currently being used on iMMS cannot be used for UDM • Requirements to perform UDM- Valid DSC, Consignee code, email ID and infrastructure & software. User Depot Module- UDM • Admin Functions- Manage Sections, Manage Posts, manage users, update department details, consignee mapping/Unmapping/creation & deletion of sub consignee/ secondary user/ look after management , approve of NS and S1313 Indents etc., • User creation- user creation is 4 types - consignee code mapping of Depot main user - sub consignee - secondary user - look after user
