CM Release 3.0 provides native support of 4621SW and


4622SW

46xx R3.0 not supported on 4606, 4612, 4624, 4630,


4630SW.

Support 802.1x as supplicant, will forward 802.1X frames to


and from PC, and sends 802.1X proxy disconnect *
SNMP turned off by default (can be administered on via
DHCP/settings file).
VLAN separation and L2 QoS re-marking; PC Ethernet
interface tagged frames get L2 priority value and VLAN ID
independent of phone’s settings
Phone requests button label downloads only if “necessary”
(no current labels)
Phones with backlights (4621SW and 4622SW) have
administrable backlight idle timer like R2.5’s for 4625

Option to adjust backlight brightness (only for phones with


backlights, or with EU24BL)
Support DCP Interval timer (allows CM “vu-stat” feature to
display “elapsed time-in-state” information based on internal
timer)
Browser idle display; when timer expires, load pre-
administered WML web page
Display number of Missed Calls
– For phones with Call Log
– Displayed on top line when top line not otherwise used
Enhanced the prompt when “User Moved” (e.g. unnamed
registration)
